  • DJ - Vince Roeshink / 6 Hours with lighting-ceremony microphones, outdoor speakers for ceremony, inside full set up. 

  • Florals -Rose Bouquet / Bridal bouquet, 4 attendants, Grooms boutonnière, 4 attendants, 4 parents

  • Choice of two Coordinators: Unlimited calls and texts, 30 day meeting for decor, wedding packet with vendor info, decor info and inventory, timeline and floorpan. Day of rehearsal and all day set up and break down of ceremony and reception areas.

    • A Pinto Affair-Master certified wedding planner

  • Choice of two Photographers: 6 Hour coverage, including unlimited calls and preplanning, professionally edited gallery with print options.

Offerings

  • Use of entire venue including large outdoor patio for cocktail hour, and air conditioned reception space.

  • Up to 150 Guests

  • One hour ceremony rehearsal prior to your wedding (scheduling dependent on other bookings)

  • Cafe lighting throughout the property with colored uplighting inside the venue

  • 13 hours of event time including set up and and break-down

  • Beautiful Bridal cottage to get ready in

  • Rustic Groom's Room with bar and games

  • Lawn games

  • Secure parking for your guests with parking assistant and security 

  • Prep kitchen and staging area for plated meals or buffet set up   

  • Two separate bars with keg capability 

  • 8' Farmhouse tables, 72" round tables, 150 chairs & More
