In the Sweet Package you will get all the extras of the daily rental

with a little twist..

  • Use of entire venue including large outdoor patio for cocktail hour, and air conditioned reception space. This is a 14 hour rental

  • Selection of all decor

  • One hour ceremony rehearsal prior to your wedding (scheduling dependent on other bookings)

  • Cafe lighting throughout the property with colored uplighting inside the venue

  • 13 hours of event time including set up and and break-down

  • Beautiful Bridal cottage to get ready in

  • Rustic Groom's Room with bar and games

  • Lawn games

  • Secure parking for your guests with parking assistant and security 

  • Prep kitchen and staging area for plated meals or buffet set up   

  • Two separate bars with keg capability 

  • White, and black linen table cloths available

  • Ceremony Seating 

  • Indoor and Outdoor dance floor

  • Set up of the floor plan; tables, and chairs by the venue staff

  • POV disposable camera app with personalized QR code.

  • Choice of three Coordinators: Unlimited calls and texts, 30 day meeting for decor, wedding packet with vendor info, decor info and inventory, timeline and floor plan. Day of rehearsal and all day set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception areas.

  • Selection of all decor, linens, farm house tables, buffet tables, high top tables, chairs, arches, fire-pit, yard games, china, water goblets, and climate controlled ready rooms. 

  • Choice of two DJ'S:

    • Vince Roeshink / 6 Hours with lighting-ceremony microphones, outdoor speakers for ceremony, inside full set up.

    • Win Show Events /  6 Hours with lighting-ceremony microphones, outdoor speakers for ceremony, inside full set up.

  • Florals -Rose Bouquet / Bridal bouquet, 4 attendants, Grooms boutonnière, 4 attendants, 4 parents

HAR Venue Daily Rental

Monday-Thursday $4,500

Friday and Sunday $5,500 

Saturday $6,500
